Union Place Coffee Roasters is all about creating a welcoming atmosphere and serving up delicious coffee to satisfy your cravings. Whether you're brewing at home, grabbing a cup on the run or looking for a wholesale supplier, the team is ready to help you find that perfect brew.
At Union Place Coffee Roasters, the team takes coffee roasting seriously. They carefully roast coffee in small batches right on-site, allowing them to bring out the unique flavors of each coffee origin. Plus, they're committed to sourcing their beans responsibly, ensuring they come from reputable importers who support sustainable and fair practices in the supply chain. In addition to supporting local charities, Union Place helps build houses for families in the coffee growing communities of Nicaragua.
Laurie and Joe DiProspero, the passionate owners of Union Place Coffee, started their journey here in 2013 in building 15, building out a worn-out warehouse into a hip roastery. Since then, they've become an integral part of our market community. In 2021, they moved to building 9, seizing the opportunity to expand and grow alongside other fantastic businesses.
Laurie's entrepreneurial spirit and love for coffee have helped Union Place build a loyal following of coffee enthusiasts. They're proud to be a part of the Genesee Valley Regional Market, where people come together to learn, share, and connect over their shared love of coffee and community. They’ve created a space where all are welcome, you can feel it the moment you walk into their roastery.

Nice collection of wholesale and Retail stores here. Some International and some local. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area to check out a couple of the stores. I personally frequent knee blacks for any of my baking and cooking needs. Also Lori's is a very good stop for the health conscious. Palmers also is great for any of your meat, poultry and seafood needs. And if even you feel like a quick drink there's Blue toad cider.

This Market area has so many restaurants, wholesale stores for cooking supplies, international foods, natural foods, and the amazing Palmers meats. You really need to come for a day and get to know all of the businesses in this location. There are so many hidden gems. You really cannot fathom how many wonderful businesses are there. A truly special location.

Union Coffee, Marie's Gluten Free Bakery and Niblacks Spice store make this my favorite stop in the area! If they had a common outdoor area with stree heaters and tables, well I would probably just move in.
