Performance Goals
- Support agriculture, food processing and food distribution activities in the nine county Market region and the State by developing, supporting and/or implementing programs and initiatives and partnering with the State and other private and public entities.
- Lease land and improvements at cost-effective rates for agricultural, food processing/distribution, and other allied or compatible business, commercial or industrial uses to achieve and maintain 100% occupancy.
- Provide and maintain first-class facilities and landlord services to tenants efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Operate fiscally responsibly.
- Be a viable leasing alternative for small businesses to enhance job creation and expansion.
